To Place an Order
- You may mail your order to us. Be sure to include all of the information on the order form. (Download,
print, fill out & fax or mail)
- E-mail your order any time. Orders will be shipped when payment is received.
Payment
Payment is accepted through PayPal on our website. You may also send your order in the mail with a check payable to Creative Music Source.
Shipping
Orders will be sent via parcel post upon receipt of payment. Please provide a complete mailing address for
accurate delivery. Expedited shipping is available at an additional expense to the customer. Additional postage
will be charged for international orders.
